Changes in process parameters;

The  pre-stage pump  performance attenuation, overhaul the prepump;

Performance attenuation of  pre-stage pump , disassembly maintenance test;

Pipeline blocked, check the inlet filter, clean the pipeline;

Whether the pipelines leak or not, check the whole process pipeline for leakage.

The bearing is damaged, replace the bearing;

High back pressure, check the pre-stage  pump;

Gear wear, replace gear;

Upstream process changes, pressure increases;

The rotor operation is stuck, check the clearance, clean the excess material.

The bearing is damaged, replace the bearing;

Exhaust is not smooth, check the exhaust pipeline;

Machine seal or oil seal is damaged, replace and maintain the vacuum pump;

Gear oil not replaced in time, deterioration, replace the gear oil;

The system entrainments too much material, the upstream processing is abnormal, the upstream process needs to be treated.

Gear oil filling too much, discharge gear;

Cooling system problems, check the cooling water system;

High exhaust pressure? If the pressure difference between upstream and downstream is too large, check the exhaust port;

Failure of inlet cooling mechanism? The inlet temperature is high, Check the intake air temperature.
