Variation of process parameters;

The nature of the working fluid changes;

Check if there is a problem with the performance of the vacuum pump;

If the flow of working fluid is insufficient, check whether the working fluid line is blocked；

Whether the pipeline leaks or not, check the entire process pipeline for leaks;

The pipeline is blocked, check the inlet filter and clean the pipeline;

The temperature of the working fluid is too high, check the heat exchanger, or replace the working fluid, and cool down the working fluid.

Foreign matter enters the pump, disassemble and overhaul;

 The bearing is damaged, replace the bearing;

 The material aggregates in the vacuum pump cavity, and the vacuum pump should be cleaned;

 Scale inside the vacuum pump, clean the vacuum pump;

 Vacuum cavitation, whether the saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid is appropriate, and whether the temperature is too high.

Bearing quality problems, replace bearings;

If too much grease is added, remove excess grease;

Grease deterioration and loss of lubrication, If it is missing, replace the grease；

Install problems, reinstall.

Check electrical problems;

The bearing is damaged, replace the bearing;

High bakepressure, Check if the exhaust pipeline is blocked ;

If the vacuum pump exhaust valve is abnormal, check whether the exhaust valve is faulty or not.

The rotor operation is stuck, check the clearance, clean the excess material.
