Nanjing Vacuum Pump Factory Co., Ltd. was founded on July 1, 1958, with the name "Nanjing Gulou District Hardware and Electrical Repair Factory". At the beginning, there were only 13 employees, mainly producing butterfly nuts and blowers and other hardware.

In 1959, in order to support local industries, we introduced a group of professional engineering and technical personnel to enhance the technical strength of the enterprise, and acquired Nanjing Xinhua Instrument Factory and Nanjing Gulou Foundry, expanding the enterprise scale to more than 100 people, mainly producing marine instruments.

Under the guidance of "adjustment, consolidation, development and improvement", the company has changed to a collective ownership enterprise, and has merged Dongfeng Machinery Factory and Lion Ball Hardware Factory. The staff has grown to nearly 200 people, mainly engaged in the production of various valves.

In 1968, We participated in the research and development of the "6802" project. After the relevant technicians worked hard for more than 100 days, on September 30, 1969, the trial production of 2x-3 rotary vane vacuum pump was successful, which laid the foundation for the production of vacuum pump and the development of the vacuum industry.

Officially renamed as "Nanjing Vacuum Pump Factory", and successively introduced vacuum technology, trial production of vacuum pumps, 2x, 2XZ series rotary vane vacuum pumps, a total of 8 categories 19 kinds of products.

The progress of atomic energy industry research and science has driven the development of vacuum technology, established industry-university-research cooperation with Hefei University of Technology, completed 36 vacuum pump research topics, developed K-150 diffusion pump, liquid oxygen pump, 2X series vacuum pump, slide valve pump, fixed plate pump, micro pump, SK-3 water ring pump unit and other more than ten research results have been rapidly developed by the ministry, province and city.

In 1980, with the improvement of product quality and steady development, we formally established the vacuum Research Institute and became a professional vacuum pump manufacturer in China. Our products are widely used in light industry, electronics, chemical industry, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food, ceramics and packaging and many other fields.

In 2008, Nanjing Elum Vacuum Technology Co., LTD further tamped the modern enterprise development foundation of "clear property and rights, clear rights and responsibilities, scientific" management" by increasing capital and shares,transforming the production and operation mode, introducing technology, talents and optimization mechanism.We enhancd clear rights . Based on the actual needs of enterprises and changes in the market situation, we improved the corporate governance structure. In 2015, in order to further improve the product quality of the enterprise, we added the original imported "Haas" machine tool from the United States to complete the processing and manufacturing of core components, added the original imported German "Mal" full-size CMM center to carry out the testing of parts, and carried out the full-load testing of complete sets of systems to realize the quality control of the design and the whole manufacturing process.

In 2018, the company adjusted and transformed its business model, increase its technical investment, and upgrade its technical model to a customized vacuum system that provides technical consultation, process calculation, process planning, engineering design, processing and manufacturing, and service for users, so as to develop integrated solutions of process vacuum system that can meet users' needs.

From 2016 to 2019, in order to better serve the national market, we set up Anhui office in 2016, South China Office in 2018, and Southwest Office in 2019, which further enhanced the service capability and strength of APUMP in Zhejiang, Shandong, Anhui, Hubei, Jiangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, South Chongqing and South China markets.

In 2020, the doctoral workstation was established, focusing on the research of chemical process vacuum system development, energy saving and emission reduction process package development, energy saving optimization system and exhaust gas treatment system research and development, and put forward the concept of combining process vacuum and environmental governance.

In the field of vacuum equipment in China's petroleum and petrochemical industry, APUMP, with its chemical process vacuum design capability and decades of successful experience in the application of upstream and downstream integration projects, has been certified by China Petroleum and Chemical Engineering Research Society, and the vacuum equipment engineering technology Center of domestic petroleum and chemical industry has been formally established.
