Hubei Sanning Chemical Industry Synthetic Ammonia’s Original Material Adjust and Cogeneration of Ethylene Glycol Project

Recently, the synthetic ammonia’s original material adjusts and cogeneration of Ethylene glycol project invested by Hubei Sanning Chemical Industry Co., Ltd with 10billion RMB has started large equipment hoisting work, all areas also stepped into the hard process of equipment installation.

In December 2018, Nanjing Vacuum Pump Factory Co., Ltd signed Vacuum system equipment agreement with Hubei Sanning Chemical Industry Co., Ltd, to provide 20 set of liquid-ring vacuum pumps for Sanning Chemical Industry synthetic ammonia’s original material adjust and cogeneration of Ethylene glycol project.

Our company have provided all kinds of vacuum system solutions for several large-scale Ethylene glycol project construction, and has mature practical experiment. Among this protect, based on the users ‘characteristics, we used more than 10 sets of high efficiency bipolar liquid-ring vacuum pumps system on the dealcoholizing tower, refining tower, azeotrope tower, stripping tower, as well as full smart control mode, thus to have a better lower the energy cost and higher the reliable operation. This designed program which achieved full good comments is not only a refined upgrade to our many years gathering experience of Ethylene glycol vacuum pump system, but also a customized design to this specific technology requirement. This designed program eventually win the bidding of this whole project vacuum system.

Among chemical industry producing process, vacuum is an indispensable technology item. It is widely used in the process of evaporation, filtration, rectification, dry and other production process. A set of suitable vacuum pump system has big influence on production efficiency and quality of the final product. Vacuum system is an equipment which use a proper connection and combination way of vacuum pump, vacuum gauge and various component through pipes to reach a certain vacuum degree request.

With the computer technology development, the automation requirement to vacuum pump system from the customer has becoming higher and higher. As for vacuum system, automatic control is a way of adjusting vacuum pump flow and vacuum pump degree. Vacuum pump degree normally is controlled by adjusting the vacuum pump flow, installing the throttle and relief valve. There is large energy loss and extra noises by using energy-saving strategy. 

There are many ways to regulating the speed of industrial vacuum pump. It is mainly divided into two categories. One type is to keep the same speed for motor, to adjust the vacuum pump speed by changing the supplementary equipment like gearbox. Another type is to change the motor speed like SCR-cascade control, frequency controller and etc. So far, the very common way in industrial vacuum pump is frequency controller which with better energy saving and can achieve stepless governing, as well as the high speed control ratio, precise speed control and stable speed. 

The vacuum pump system designed aiming from this project, has been used bipolar liquid-ring vacuum pump. It is one of the important publics used project of Ethylene glycol. The complicated technology, long term key equipment, and the fact of precise requirement are the key factors for influencing the general project speed.
